Interlink supervised the design and construction of a Technical Operations Center and Uplink Facility. This included 10 channels of downlink, commercial insertion, and re-uplink.
Interlink provided the following:
- Engineering and technical facility design.
- Technical construction supervision.
- System integration supervision.
- Managed the installation of Hotelevision technical operations infrastructure at the McKibben uplink.
- Supervised the delivery of 10 programmer feeds to the uplink.
- Coordinated, with Miralite, the timely delivery of IRDs to the hotel sites.
- Supervised the site survey process and installation of equipment in the hotels.
