Queens Public Communications Corporation (QPTV) - Interlink is managing the implementation of QPTV’s upgrade to a file-based work flow and guiding the organization’s transition from traditional broadcast technologies to a video-over-IP environment. All areas of the facility -- including the studios, control rooms, master control, program playout and archiving – have been entirely rebuilt and will be seamlessly integrated over the three floors of the Queens, New York headquarters. When completed, the new QPTV facility will be capable of transmitting nine channels of standard and high definition television and video-on-demand programming to the local cable subscribers of Charter, Verizon, and RCN. The new file-based and streaming-capable design will enable QPTV to efficiently distribute content to its cable system affiliates, as well as to mobile devices and to social platforms.
NBCUniversal Media and NBC Sports - Planning for NBC Sports new Stamford, Connecticut facility satellite antenna array to include feeds from US Domestic Satellites, Atlantic Ocean Region, European, and Latin America satellites. Project Scope includes developing budgetary costs, preliminary roof-top space planning, frequency interference analysis, electrical, structural and mechanical requirements for the antenna array.
Bloomberg - El Financiero television production of The Bloomberg- Mexico Financial Conference including a live, satellite feed to Mexico from The New York Academy of Sciences, #7 World Trade Center. Interlink supplied and coordinated Live Production and Technical Services including Production Equipment and Manpower, Satellite Transmission and Space Segment for this 8 hour live event.
Live from Lincoln Center - For 10 consecutive years Interlink provides and manages the digital fiber optic transmission circuits and service coordination for feeds to the PBS television network. These real-time, live transmissions from the Lincoln Center concert halls in New York City are broadcast to over 300 PBS stations throughout the United States and Mexico.
